French Dinner - Apprentice Restaurant

Photographing dinners at Ultimo TAFE - Apprentice Restaurant, is one of my favourites because the atmosphere of each is unique. Every month the chef's in training prepare a range of set menu dinners which are available for the public to enjoy.

This French themed dinner was created by the chef on duty who is also from France. For me, the highlight meal was actually eating snail! Ok, alright, it actually didn't taste that bad, just the thought of the crunch.....

Hospitality, merchandising and floristry was also done by students from Ultimo TAFE which gives everyone experience. Plus I should add, the photography - that's me!

The students would love you to visit and enjoy a lunch or dinner in their restaurant.
